Our Commitment:

• We strive to provide beautiful, high-quality flowers and excellent service.
• Flowers are natural and each design is unique, so variations are possible.
• If you're not satisfied, please contact us immediately.

Substitutions:

• Flowers: We may substitute flowers of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and maintain the overall look. We prioritize the type of flower over color (e.g., yellow daisies may be substituted with other colored daisies).
• Plants: Similar plants or different colored versions of the same plant may be substituted.
• Gift Baskets: Items of equal or greater value may be substituted.
• Special Occasions: For timely delivery on important occasions, we may substitute if necessary.

Delivery:

• We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, orders placed before 2 have the option to made the same day. Time specific delivery is an extra charge.
• We may contact the recipient to ensure they are home, a recipient phone number is required.
• If recpient is not home, we will make every effort to contact you. We may leave the delivery by their front door or in a safe place if authorized, customer will assume all liability. Please note that an additional delivery fee will be charged for any subsequent delivery attempts if we cannot establish contact with either the sender or the recipient on the initial attempt.
